EPA's First Solvent Rule Stokes Fight Over Chemical Law's Intent

Opening salvos from several parties in a lawsuit opposing the EPA’s methylene chloride regulation mark a second front in the fight over lawmakers’ intent in 2016 when they substantially amended the primary US commercial chemicals law.
